I find a great difference between system(ic)risks and structural risk where diffienciency in the feed of an economic structural agent can cause the deficiency in the economic feedbacks of an economically complex system: see how economic depression came……hou it was countered….which countries suffered more….and why its effect was felt at different "economic time" intervals of different economies
