Why Morgan Stanley’s Wilson Sees Growing Risk of 20% S&P 500 Fall financial news

by wghhvcQADjhg

Sep.20 — Mike Wilson, chief investment officer and chief U.S. equity strategist at Morgan Stanley, says a plunge of more than 20% in U.S. stocks is looking more like a real possibility. “The fact that the Fed is removing maximum accommodation is a good outcome,” Wilson said. “But it comes with consequences for financial assets.” He speaks on “Bloomberg The Open.” .

2 things- BEFORE the virus, rates WW were dropping to ZERO. THEN they printed and the S&P gained 2000 points on fake money!!!!!! 4500
So in real terms the S&P is between 2000-3000 points overpriced needing adjustment. Thats up to 75% drop. Highest its been was 2500 when it crashed in 2008 and 2000 and it is/was now up to 4550?????
Sop thats the facts and predictions of 20% or this and that, you can believe what you will but at SOME point it has to come back to approx 1500 where it will be balanced and can start again over and thats 3000 point drop…..

Imagine how scared an investor would feel watching this. Whenever something big goes wrong, a lot of people panic and hold on to money that should be working for them. This week so far has been all about Evergrande Crisis resulting to selloffs. seek proper financial guidance from a licensed professional more so one with experience of the past bear markets. Having monitored my portfolio performance return huge six figures in the last 2 quarters, I have learned why experienced traders make enormous returns from the seemingly unknown markets.

When I listen to these people, sometimes I get the sense that value is a non-contextual floating abstraction. How can anyone discern what is happening in the market without including volume in the calculous? Volume is extremely important. The old saying "FOLLOW THE MONEY" comes to mind. Read Stock Market Tradecraft. In a nutshell, the reality is that there is an individual who is called a Designated Market Maker (DMM) who while at the same time he is allowed to invest for himself, is also given the incredibly sensitive task of setting the price for the stocks that are assigned to him. As a result, this individual becomes a merchant who has the extraordinarily good fortune to make whatever posture he takes in the market work to his advantage. WAKE UP.

<Trading is not always an easy thing to do especially when you are a beginner. I have lost a lot trading myself but now I have made huge profits on my investment with Ms. Patricia Hauk. Her trading strategies are top notch, coupled with the low commission she charges for her trades>>
